Watch Refund, Exchange and Repair Policy
We value our customers and strive to provide them with the best possible shopping experience. To ensure that you are satisfied with your watch purchase, we have established the following return, exchange and repair policy:
1. Refund Policy
Eligibility
You may return a watch within 14 days of the original purchase date if the following conditions are met:
The watch is in its original unworn condition.
All tags, stickers and protective covers are intact.
(If the protective case has been removed, we must regretfully deny your request as this is a violation of our return policy).
The watch comes with its original packaging, including box and manual.
A valid proof of purchase is provided (receipt or order confirmation).
RETURN PROCESS
Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Please share a photo or video of the watch with us.
Upon approval, carefully pack the watch and all accompanying items and send the watch back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. (Please use local courier or EMS shipping method only.)
Once we receive and inspect the returned watch and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment.
2. EXCHANGE POLICY
EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
You may request an exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date if the following conditions are met:
The watch is in its original, unworn condition.
The watch is in its original, unworn condition. All tags, stickers, and cases are intact.
(If the protective cover has been removed, we must regretfully decline your request as this is a violation of our return policy).
The watch comes with its original packaging, including box and manual.
A valid proof of purchase is provided (receipt or order confirmation).
EXCHANGE PROCESS
Contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process and specify the watch you wish to exchange.
Once approved, carefully pack the watch and all accompanying items and ship the watch back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. (Please use local courier or EMS shipping method only)
Once we have received and inspected the returned watch and confirmed that it meets our exchange criteria, we will send you the watch you have requested to be exchanged. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
3. Warranty and Repair Policy
Warranty
All Watches sold in the Stores are covered by a limited warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse or unauthorized repair.
REPAIR PROCESS
If your watch needs to be repaired within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team for repair instructions.
If the watch is no longer under warranty, we offer a fee-based repair service. Please contact us for a repair quote and further instructions.
Pack your watch carefully and send it to us using a traceable and insured shipping method. Please use only local courier or EMS shipping methods.
Upon receipt of the watch, we will assess the repair needs and provide you with an estimated time and cost (if applicable).
The repair will be completed by one of our qualified watch technicians and the watch will be returned to you in proper condition.
